This elegant table is locally made and the name "Umoja" is "The Swahili word for “Unity", may refer to :Umoja , the first of The Seven Principles(Ngozo Saba), celebrated and highlighted each day of the Kwanzaa holiday celebration. Umoja, Kenya, an all-female village founded on the principles of women’s rights. The table is made from Kiaat wood which is scientifically known as Pterocarpus angolensis and is native to Southern Africa, in Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Eswatini, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Kiaat is known for its great bug and termite resistance.
